One Jacket, Three Outfits

Happy first day of November, y’all! Does that mean it is finally acceptable to get out Christmas stuff?

Just kidding.

Kind of.

Ok, so I am going to try to wait until the week of Thanksgiving. The key word is TRY. Don’t hate me if that doesn’t happen.

Anyway, today I’m going to share how to wear the same denim jacket with three kinds of outfits! Denim jackets are a staple that everyone needs! They go with EVERYTHING! The denim jacket featured in these next three outfits can be found at Target! It is $30  and true to size. You can find it online here!

In this outfit I kept it pretty casual and simple. I wore an olive green peplum top from Mark Ashton in Springfield, MO that I got last year. My pants are distressed black jeans from Old Navy. My shoes are from Pure Blush Affair in Bernie, MO that I also got last year. My sunglasses are from ILYMIX that I mentioned in a previous blog before.

Miss Dixie is wearing a life jacket because she got to go out on the boat for the first time! She loved it!

My favorite way to wear a denim jacket is with a dress! I think it gives the perfect casual touch. This specific dress is from Trinkets in Springfield, MO. I got it a few months ago. I did find a very similar one on amazon though for less than $26! You can find it here. I think almost any dress would be cute with a denim jacket though! The shoes are the perfect tan zip up booties and I got them as a gift a couple of years ago.

Here is the third way I like to wear denim jackets. I paired it with a casual black and white striped shirt from Target, my orange/brown suede skirt that I mentioned in my previous blog, and over the knee black boots.

Denim jackets are obviously very versatile. If you don’t have one yet, definitely head on over to Target and get one! They’re the best Fall staple!
